EAT PIE... aka The Eatonville Amateur Radio Club |

| The Eatonville Radio Club outdid
themselves this year with this very challenging hidden transmitter hunt.
The hunt was held on 110 acres of cow pasture and wooded terrain.
As the photo shows, an added challenge was added: 1 to 2 feet of snow.
Something tells me that hunting in snow is preferable to hunting in the rain
and finding the COW PIES. We lucked out. |

| HuntMaster Bob (aka K7MXE) used his
Artic Cat 4 Wheeler ATV to hide the transmitters. But it turned out
that the most important use of this machine was to obliterate his tracks in
the snow... As many hunters thought they could easily figure out where the
Bunnies were hidden by following his foot tracks. NOT! |

| Here's Chuck AC7QN and Rich KR7W...
challengers from Tacoma, WA.... putting their heads together to figure out
the strategy for finding transmitter MOE which was quite elusive. |

| Here, Hunt Master Bob is giving Rich and
Chuck the word that this hunt practices the art of TEGWAR... which is The
Exciting Game Without Any Rules. HuntMaster Bob tells us, "Some
hunters are going to be DISQUALIFIED". Chuck expresses a look of
disbelief. |

| Here is the End of the HUNT. Hot
Coffee and Cookies from the back of the Subaru were welcomed after stomping
around in the Snow for a couple of hours. |
